Elite Group Asia Limited Negotiation Service Agreement & Terms of Service
These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Elite Group Asia Limited 's Negotiation Service. The terms and conditions apply to all coaching provided by Elite Group Asia Limited (“the Coach”) to any individual or organization (“the Client”) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by the Coach for the Client. The term 'coaching' covers career coaching and personal coaching for Clients and where applicable includes mentoring or supervision services provided by the Coach or others.
The date that the payment takes place shall be deemed the start date for the Service. Payment by any Client constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Service

  1. The Coach will offer support to the Client in the introduction call and in subsequent email communication (if offered) through the negotiation process in the plan purchased by the Client. The Coach will answer questions and help strategize for the Client’s situation.
  1. Email support is only provided on some plans. For plans in which email support is offered, the Coach will attempt to respond to emails within 72
  1. The Client accepts full responsibility for their decisions and course of action. The Coach does not guarantee an increase in compensation through our service.
  1. Our negotiation service is not counseling or therapy of any kind.

Payment

Fees are payable in advance of each introduction call and/or email service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where payment has not been received by the Coach in advance of a coaching call the Coach is not obliged to provide the session. The service fee will be collected prior to the Client scheduling a date and time for the introduction call.

Scheduling

If the Client purchases a plan that includes multiple calls, a new scheduling link will be sent to the Client after their initial call or coordinated with a member of Elite Group Asia Limited team until the Client has no sessions left.

Between Calls

Where possible, Clients are requested to submit any information requested by The Coach relating to assignments at least 24 hours before the coaching call. This will allow both the Client and Coach to prepare for the call. The Coach may provide feedback on completed assignments.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If a Client needs to reschedule a coaching call, they should provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email (contact@elitegroup-asia.com). No refunds will be given to Clients for unused calls. In exceptional circumstances the Coach may need to reschedule a coaching call. In those instances the Coach will also give the Client 24 hours’ notice where practical. When a Client pays for a plan in advance they must have the coaching call(s) that they have paid for within 3 months or their payment for services is forfeited.
All notices of cancellation must be written and delivered by email to contact@elitegroup-asia.com at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. This refund is only valid if services have not commenced in any way.

Confidentiality

Personal information (defined as name, email and phone number) supplied by Clients will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the Client's prior permission, saved where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the Client or someone else. Client’s are completely free to discuss use of the service with anyone.

Early Termination

In exceptional circumstances, such as inappropriate behavior by the Client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, the Coach can decide to terminate the service to the Client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching services to the Client. In such a circumstance the Client will be given reasonable notice of termination by the Coach where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.

Refund Policy

If the Client is unsatisfied with the service provided, they may request a refund by emailing concerns to contact@elitegroup-asia.com. Elite Group Asia Limited will provide a full or partial refund at their discretion.

Intellectual Property

Elite Group Asia Limited reserves the right to collect anonymous compensation and offer details (example: salary, vesting schedule, etc) from information or documents that the Client shares with the Coach. Information collected may be used to help other Clients in their negotiations just as the Client may have benefitted from the collective knowledge gathered. Anonymized information collected may be used for marketing purposes and Elite Group Asia Limited’s compensation transparency products and services.

Indemnification

The Coach will seek to enable the Client to improve his/her compensation and to achieve the desired outcome(s). The Coach has no liability for any loss incurred by any Client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the Client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in compensation or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.

Feedback

Feedback about the service is welcomed and can be given during a coaching service or by writing to Elite Group Asia Limited at contact@elitegroup-asia.com.

Agreement

By scheduling or purchasing a negotiation service with Elite Group Asia Limited., the Client agrees to the terms of service outlined above.
