  • Support the efficiency of a team of technical support engineers

Likely experience required to succeed;

  • 5+ years’ in a SysAdmin, Network, Linux role or similar
  • Able to manage multiple clients
  • Team management experience
  • Ability to identify client needs and resolve them
  • Fluent Japanese
