Google Cloud Platform / Firebase – Technical Support (to developers)

Sydney location – Japanese speaker required!

Job Description:

Amazing opportunity to join the client of Elite Group Asia in Sydney, Australia! The client of Elite Group Asia is looking for new talent – Technical Support Specialists to developers, who will provide support for Google Cloud Platform customers working with Firebase products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • To Google Cloud Platform customers using Firebase products, solutions and APIs –  Provide technical and developer support
  • Work with internal support teams as well as customers to implement effective solutions when document product bugs are identified and features requested
  • Work on high-profile, real-time escalations and issues, improve the customer experience.

Required Knowledge:

  • Experienced Java OR JavaScript OR ObjectiveC OR NodeJS
  • Experience with mobile applications development for IoS or Android
  • Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data
  • Experience with web protocols (such as HTTP, TLS, etc.), Web Services development and SSL Certificates
  • Familiarity with cloud computing
  • Japanese language, at the level equivalent to N2 JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) or higher
