Account Manager

The Client of Elite Group Asia is a leading manufacturer of innovative products that enable optical networking and commercial laser usage to customers worldwide.  Their optical components & subsystems are part of almost all types of telecom, enterprise, and data center network.

Their commercial lasers enable advanced manufacturing techniques and diverse applications including next-generation 3D sensing capabilities.

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of the customers of our client.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop the long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Meet and or exceed annual account quota.
  • Define and align account strategy, develop account plan.
  • Identify and drive new product/revenue opportunities.



  • 8+ years technical sales experience with direct and distribution accounts;
  • Sales success reflected in revenue and design win / design in achievements
  • Presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial laser market and the applications for sheet metal, automobile, medical, material processing, or working experience in a high-tech industry is strongly preferred
  • Previous knowledge of photonics and lasers is a plus
  • Native level Japanese with some English communication skills
