Director Partner Sales
This is a results oriented individual who manages the Distributors so that they profitably grow with the client of Elite Group Asia, and builds the broad channel and commercial business through Distributors and Resellers.
- Good to have existing experience and a passion for verticals such as Cloud, Financial Services and Government and Education.
- Deep networking product and solutions understanding is important
- Innovative thinker in looking at next generation partnering and how cloud, virtualization & commoditization is changing the partner industry.
- Develop and implement overall Japan Partners go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and strengthen existing Partnerships, look to develop new ones.
- Grow Broad Channel and Commercial business including Switching and Security.
- Identify and cultivate new avenues for revenue growth for the Technology alliances consistent with the corporate strategy.
- 8+ years of direct sales and partnering experience, with at least 5+ years spent in a quota carrying role.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota/plan over a number of quarters/years.
- Strong networking and solutions experience and product knowledge.
- Native level Japanese with English communication skills
